All most
all houses contain moisture. Whatever you are taking precaution process but
they can show their presence even in the building materials used and the air
within the home. Moisture expands from wet to dry areas and even it moves
downward with the help of gravity. This can be possible if your home
construction allows these things.
Now come
to the dampness. It is just a localized excess of moisture which has naturally
grownup. The excess is always occurs by one of two things. This can be a sudden
increase of moisture entering the building or gradual local build-up moisture
which is caused by inability to escape. Dampness is something that local built
up moisture which is often popular with different names. Mostly the names are
given depending on which place it has shown up.
The bottom line is that, damp causes due to excess trapped moisture.

homes those were constructed with conventional materials like brick which were
allowed outside air trapped in the walls. Old buildings were made with almost
permeable materials and those are not able to stop water entering the walls,
floors and ceilings. Without proper seal into rooms, moisture passes from room
to room easily without any obstacle and even hit the external walls to the
outside air.
Most of
the, maximum dampness caused due to poor maintenance those are leading to leaks
after some days. Presently, most of the damp is caused by the improper building
work that stops the moisture to escape.

over the surroundings such as gutters, holes in roofs, downpipes even abandoned
pots. The real thing is that, you shouldn’t clog the water in order to enjoy a
damp free environment.
